Our services are for those who serve their communities.

SFF was founded on the principles of building community by providing services to businesses and individuals that prioritize community building.

SFF believes that access to gainful employment is vital to building and sustaining communities. Gainful employment was not something our Founder and Managing Consultant found plentiful after being honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps. Her resume was bypassed for many opportunities, which is why our HR Division is not only charged with screening resumes, but to read between the lines. Some of the best candidates do not always have the best resumes. Our missiis to ensure the resumes and applications of qualified and capable candidates do not get overlooked. We want our clients to have an opportunity to select from a pool of candidates that best fits their strategic and developmental needs.

In continuation of this mission, SFF consultants volunteer their time with organizations who seek to empower, enrich and educate those within their local communities, especially women, children and military veterans. Women are taught basic business skills, children are inspired through tutoring and mentorship, and military veterans are provided assistance with resume writing and interviewing skills. Our volunteer service runs the gambit. View our ‘About Us’ section on the website to learn about all of the team’s individual contributions.

The Founder is one of the founding members of an informal women’s veterans’ group in Charlotte, NC referred to as the Charlotte Veteran’s Women’s Group. She coordinates social and networking events that allow women from the City of Charlotte and surrounding areas to come together for comrade, sharing, and bonding. These socials also allow women to expand their personal and professional networks with those who have worn the uniform. These socials have been the platform for many to be connected to the resources needed to succeed.

SFF partners with other veterans and recognized veteran employers as a way to support veterans during their transition from the military service. Some of the veteran and non-veteran related organizations supported by the SFF team include:

Optimist International

Habitat for Humanity

Veterans Bridge Home

Patriots Path

American Red Cross

Men's Shelter of Charlotte

Taiwo Foundation

North Carolina Heroes Fund
